Reviews for "Repercussions of Evil"

awesome

I think this is definetly one of my all time favorite animation's on here, the joke itself is the story for year's it has made me giggle whenever i have come across it but your own take on it is hilarious and fully deserves all the credit it has received. The animation is great and the voice acting also, the effect's used worked to a T and the fantastic song's from the audio portal where there icing on the cake, fantastic job mate and hope to see more of your work soon

Galneda responds:

Thanks for the great review! Definitely expect more in the future :)

I've been waiting for a good reading...

Finally, after all the failed attempts for an "epic reading" from others, here is one that actually did it right. The "demons" were actually correctly depict and the music was actually DOOM-related.

Amazing, been a fan of this fanfic since I read it a few months ago (instead of writing up a lab report).

Good job man.
Nudge the wall for a secret.

Galneda responds:

If I knew how to make easter eggs, that would've easily been one. I'm happy you liked my version over others! Thank you for the review! :D

Cool Story Bro.

It's pretty awesome you turned the funniest copypasta into a flash cartoon.
I loved how you kept making jokes about the spelling errors in your vid.
Keep it up man.
Maybe do one for "The day of all the Blood".

Galneda responds:

No. Somebody else PM'd me the story to that atrocity, and it just wasn't likable or funny at all. THIS is the worst quality of story I'm intending to dive to, I won't be doing any more "Peter Chimaera-y" literary horrors.

Still, I'm glad you liked what I did here. I GUARANTEE you'll like what I'm cooking up more.

It's the story

This was very fun to watch. Even more funny after I read the website you linked us. I hope Peter know how much the internet loves his story.

Galneda responds:

Ohhh he does...he's not even subtle about it. On his website, he's actually selling a book that has this in it. I lol'd.

I tell ya, people who spend a whole lot of time promoting his works must be REALLY screwed up in the head.

.....err....dammit.

youch

I don't know Doom? but, anyway, i can apreciate it.

The animation is good, you're drawin' style is good too. When you tell the story, it sounds very captivating.

In one words, you've done a great job... i'm learning flash at the moment, and i hope that, a day, i'll be able to create an as good as animationthan you.

Thx for sharing, and keep up working

Galneda responds:

Aww, thanks man. It's all a practice. Practice Practice Practice. For years before I got flash, I was doodling on everything. Filling sketchbooks with crap, scribbled-out mistake doodles, and every once and a while I'd churn out something cool...that would help motivate me to keep practicing. When I finally DID get flash, I accidentally discovered "Onion Skins." It's a tiny little icon found at the bottom of your timeline, it should look like two squares, one on top of the other. This allows you to see a little bit of the frame before the one you're on, or after, or both...you can control it with the black sliders over the numbers on the timeline.

Anywho, after I discovered onion skins, that's when I started experimenting. A few hours later, and the results can be seen as my first submitted flash movie. You GOTTA fuck around with your program, because sometimes the best way to learn is to just dive into it. Just mess with it. "What happens if I do this? Okay, what happens if I try this?" Then look up tutorials, ask the forums, or even take classes for it...but most importantly:

Practice Practice Practice
Research Research Research

and you'll get it. :D

Thanks for the kind words and the good review! I'll keep it up, and in return, you keep practicing any time you have free time. When you're playing games, you could be practicing.

...also, "you've done a great job" is five words, not counting the contraction of "you have" :P
