Grammar and spelling need heavy work.
Alongside that, the graphics for some of the special attacks could've been worked on and made better, you can easily find some awesome effects if you check out certain sprite sheets (and not just Dragon Ball Z, you can try the Tales of the World sprite sheets too for some nice effects particularly elemental based!)
I hope you will work on the grammar and spelling majorly though, it became EXTREMELY hard to read the contents of what they were trying to say, since it was hard to make sense of.
