It's a very good start. Needs some polish maybe.

I'm always on the lookout for a good flash RPG. It's interesting to see the ways that different people do RPGs.
The characters weren't spectacular, but they weren't annoying. I like the map system. The combat was pretty solid, but a bit too easy.
There seems to be balance issues throughout the game though. I'm not sure how to describe it. Maybe tweak some of the stats on the characters and enemies (especially the bosses), raise the prices a bit for the inn and item shop, and add a few secret areas?
Not entirely sure about those things. Just some advice, really...
The art and sound could use a little touching up, but they're okay. The voices...personally, I didn't like your voice actors. I would recommend just removing the voices altogether.
The dialogue itself was kind of annoying to read. It gives me the impression that English isn't you're first language. If so, that's fine, but I would also recommend asking a native English speaker to edit your dialogue a bit.
I thought this game was alright. Polish it up a bit and resubmit and I think it could be really great.
