It's OK but a little annoying
It was fun for a while as I was able to figure it all out, but then I had to go to the walkthrough. It's pretty dumb that you have to get the key to open the door of the shed, when the shed obviously has rotting broken boards on one side you could just crawl through, or you could just shoot the lock, or use the pickaxe on the lock or on the wood around the lock, etc. You should really be able to use the pickaxe on anything wooden instead of using any key.
I loved this game.
I love games like these and I am glad to say you did great. Can't wait for Chapter 2.
3rd time lucky
First time i pressed play i had the same problem as "skullker". i.e. it fades to black and then fades back into the original screen.
So as i refreshed the page, got through the play screen, then at the main menu i pressed new game. At which point the screen went black and stayed black, i was patient and waited around 30 seconds before refreshing a second time.
3rd attempt i got into the game, not bad i suppose.
However you were never going to get a great review from me when it took me 3 attempts to play the game.
Reminded me of Silverload for the PS1 great game!
I enjoyed the creepy mystery aspect of the game aswell as a western storyline. Not many games can do that genre and you did it well.
One of the best point and clicks ever
This series is going to do very well, it could be the next Alice is Dead.
The story was original and the artwork was great, can't wait for number 2.
