little history from me (my own thought anyways not history)
the main reason y they tell told people to duck and cover when a atomic bomb would stick is to lower the worry of the danger of the bomb. and people were stupid enough to believe it too. and they had kids in school believing that they were save inside the schools becuz of the good old duck and cover. a atomic hitting a school is like this,
imagion that the atomic bomb is liter of water above and 800ml cup which is the school and the roof is paper covering the cup. when u pour the the "water" on the paper covering the cup it is goin to go through the paper and fill the and over flow around the suroundings.
in other words if u did understand what i was tryin to say, the atomic bomb will go through the school and destroy it and covering the surroundings aswell too. so really if ur in the school and the atomic bomb hits ur fucked!!
