Sudden Movement
I would say this is closer to an interactive movie than a game. The change of backgrounds and other pieces of your work was interesting. This is a good game to just play after playing a few games which has that pulsing vein on your forehead start to appear.
Overall a 7, because while it wasn't a true game by game status, it was still game like and it did have a simple function that anyone can play.
Conflicting
I have to weigh in like the others that it's practically plagerising, although you did source the original video and author. I see that to tribute it you made it playable, but it doesn't have the same feeling to the video. It's choppy and transitions from scene to scene without making sense how it happened.
It's cute, it catches you off guard, but it doesn't stand up to, nor in high light, the original. It may have changed if you had gotten express permission to make it, but I'd say that it was a nice attempt.
It's a tribute to a song.
A decent tribute even. You definitely have to look at the video to appreciate it. At first I was like "What's this huh why is this front page?" But the video justifies it a bit. Basically, an interactive movie/flash.
8/10 for a good job, but the only reason it's a game is because you interact with it so... not much of a game obviously. Song's pretty kick-ass though.

I do not condone taking someone else's animation, adding some button presses that didn't matter, and creating a completely unoriginal "game" off of someone else's content. If it had strayed at all in design or graphics or even had gampleay that differed it from the animation it would have been fine. But it's not fine, because you just pirated someone's work by adding some button presses that didn't change anything. I can't really say I should flag this, simply because you added something, but I get this wierd feeling you should be ashamed of yourself for stealing someone's work and getting a currently 7 star grade off of it.

And threw some button presses in; it's not a game and is almost plagiarism. Fascinating reversal of content being taken from other sites, but it would have been better if you would have just used the video instead.
I will give you credit though for remaking the 'video', whether you copied and pasted scenes or creating it from scratch.
I would have you scored you higher,with the honest 5 for game play, artwork, and music, (game play being pressing right for no reason) but all of that other stuff was NOT your content.
