Classic Simplicity
The water physics graphics do suck, but it's negated by how well the game runs with the puzzle genre. It gets quite complex later on, and provides the brain teasing it's supposed to. It's not the best puzzle game around (but maybe that's just because I'm biased towards physics-based games), but it's decent, and it does its job well. I like.
not challenging until lvl 27
I skimmed through most of it, only slowing down when I reached 27, also you might want to google "siphoning" and study the physics of hydraulics a bit because this game defies the laws of physics much, if you make liquid measure 3 you could make it more difficult by including things like the rate of flow and pressure
Perhaps you need to test it more
In several levels I didn't need all the available items to clear the level, for instance in the last one I got past it without one curved pipe and the splitter thing.If that was not what you intended then never mind.

but where are the music credits? maybe i liked that little banjo diddy at the beginning
