as a person who has never used flash before, this is awesome.
seriously i have a bunch of game ideas, but i just have no clue on how to use flash, what programs to use, etc. so this is gret. just a question: is it possible to change any of the physics?
Yes, you can - the tutorial linked in the Author Comments explains how the whole movement is set up, and there's a link to the MFA that you can open yourself in TGF2 (there is also a default platform movement that you can drop into the game, but this one uses some more advanced techniques).
If I'd planned ahead a bit more I would have put the important variables somewhere they could be easily changed without going into the event editor - however, on the Demo Level frame, the values that you add or subtract from the Grav value will make the biggest difference if you experiment with changing them.

I followed all the instructions so far and its working perfectly, i only have one problem setting a shooting anymation for it.
The animation starts but stays in the first frame, is there a way of making the "Shooting" animation play all the way to the end?
