Unlike what other commenters have said, it is in fact still possible to get all the achievements, at least on Newgrounds Player.

Hint: for the Two Browser Windows achievement, open another instance of Newgrounds Player.

Action medal earning flash. Graphics work well enough to tell everything apart. gameplay is all about earning medals. After playing the entire game, I earned all the medals except for nine. Since you cannot earn every medal, it is a disappointment to the player.
