I enjoyed it.

While watching it you have to realize its the audio that's the comedy, not the animation. Otherwise it's just not fair to the rating. You did put a somewhat decent amount of detail in the animation. The lip syncing was great, you used the eyes to help the character emphasize his speech and it was easy to tell. However a little more effort in the facial expressions to the speech and it would have been a 5/5 & 10/10.

Not bad for the first submission in three years, definitely helps to shake off the rust.

HA!

Great humor, animation needs a little work, lip syncing was great though, and instead of having the same guy in the back ground walking back and forth u should have him do something stupid like falling or over hearing the conversation.

Thanks. Yeah I thought about doing more with the background, but I decided to stick with something simple that I could get done really quickly. When I start overplanning things it never gets done.
