Well it is ok.
The character anime's view sure look hot. And the controls are not so bad.

Overall this was a pretty good game, who doesn't lovesome zombie killing spree from time to time. The game was pretty fast paced, and even though it was the same concept every level, the difference in the maps kept it fun to play.
For me, having only 8 directions to shoot at wasn't a big problem, and since the bullets kind of spread around it didn't make it more hard than 360 directions would have been.
I have some cons, though. The music is the same over and over again. It isn't bad music for a game like this, but it does get pretty boring after a while, and eventually it got on my nerves and I just muted it and turned iTunes on.
I'm also kind of a shooter noob, and still Demi-God mode wasn't all that hard, even for me.
The last problem I had was the boss(es, I really don't know about the 2nd one, I got bored before I got there, but I'm guessing it was the same idea as the first boss). It was just a zombie with a huge health bar and 1 special attack. I spent 95% of the time killing the hordes of zombies, leaving me very little time to attack the boss, and thus making it a pretty long, but not hard battle. I suggest boss battles more focussed on the boss, and with more specialities for future games.
Overall this was still a pretty good game, just not good enough to keep me entertained 'till the bitter end.

you shoot with the mouse but the character only has 8 directions which is confinging, having the full 360 degrees would (for me) make the game play funner
Not very good
On a positive note, the game is not that difficult and the bonuses do make game play somewhat interesting. The downside is that the game is highly repetitive and the controls feel somewhat cumbersome. This isn't a bad game, but it lacks the flair and creativity of others on Newgrounds. Personally, I hated it but will give it five stars because it is a solid addition to the site.

its pretty good, but not my type. only a few things i wish it was different, maybe it could be added to the sequel (if theres going to be one).
first, i think having upgrades is better than getting a random power up. nowadays upgrades are alot popular in certain games like these.
second, this one is optional. i think it would be pretty good if there were achievements and secret weapons. that would be pretty sweet.
overall i give it an 8/10 for good graphics, powerups and the 360 style.
