could be good but..
I have a hard time seeing where my character is when a level starts. The background is too distraction and/or the character doesn't stand out enough.
And what's with the "K" tiles? You seriously put a bunch of buttons on the game area that will open Kongregates site when clicked? Since you shoot by clicking with your mouse you can easily click it by accident and suddenly you are looking at a website instead of the game (and that's exactly what happened to me).
Hope they are paying you extra for putting those in otherwise I suggest you remove that kind of shit right away. Keep the sponsor links in UI elements, not in the fucking playing area. Trying to trick unsuspecting players to visit the sponsor site is the ugliest trick in flash games and this drops your score a lot. Hate seeing that.
