to get the secret medal, try to keep your bladder full when on the 3rd boss, when the 3rd boss is defeated try to fill up your bladder to have it maxed, then destroy the fish from getting away

Was 'piss' easy.... I wanted to vomit at the first phase.... but I kept going anyway. Completed first time, can't be bothered to do it without taking DMG lol. ... Lovely.
