A half way decent game
Ok, it wasn't so bad, and actually would be pretty much perfect if you fixed the problems of this game. The particle detection is pretty bad. I fell through SO MANY PLATFORMS!!! That, coupled with a just awful control that was so bad that I was always having to second guess my jumps because sometimeshe just wouldn't jump or move. Those TWO things take away so much from the game. The music is really top notch. The story is great! It was sad and shocking and wonderful. But it loses a lot of the impact because the game is SO HARD! The thing about those "artsy" games is that they are kinda easy because they just want to express a story. But it's not hard due to challenge, it's difficult from all the glitches and bad control in the game. If you updated it and JUST fixed the glitches it would be so much better. I mean, not to be a dick, but did you run through the game yourself? And if so, how did you not run into all the problems, especially at the last three levels??? All in all, it's... ok? I mean for someone's first game it isn't the worst thing ever. It's just WAY over the top in difficulty from just awful controls. But like I said i liked the story. I could definitely tell you were maybe going for the "artsy" story. But the thing about those "artsy" games is that they are kinda easy because they just want to express a story and this was just too glitchy to truly express what was intended.
