It's pretty good.
The controls do feel just a slight bit off though. I think it has to do with the inability to really affect yourself in midair. I guess this is just because I was just playing super meat boy though, and I kind of spoiled myself with the control in that one.

The idea is awesome, I love the way it's drawn on note paper, the splatting part is fun, the layout and stuff, really fun game. and the little notes written everywhere make the game more realistic. Thumbs up!

i like what you did with this and i just wanted to mention some points you might want to add in the future if you make games like this again.
with the tutorial/instructions, perhaps let it move with the speed of the player? (eg, instruction appears for for a certain length and moves with the player) because often i find myself having to stop and run back to read what the text says. even though it seems like parkour, and its related to city as such hence the graffiti style font, you can steel keep that style even if the text moves
