It is the best from what I've seen on newgrounds so far. Even better than Max Giraldi. He is Batman and that explains everything - he's been working as Batman for all his life n now when he's already 50 or more he just can't adapt himself to this society. Did i get it?

Pretty much. It's partly spoofing Batman's tendency to remind everyone who he is and partly just a silly cartoon mocking a dark and brooding individual who people sometimes put a bit too much stock in.
I love Batman BTW.
