Not really bad, i jus found it extremely boring...other than that, its a great game. but, it has the potential to b better, jus try 2 make it more exciting

Could be great

I felt this game could be great except for a few things: 1) Needs a map. I hate being lost wandering around in the same area without any guidance. This game is to the point where I practically need to make my own map, and if that's necessary, it should be done by the game.
2) Not sure what praying does, as far as I can tell, it's a pointless button. Granted, I've only done it intermittently.
3) Better visibility. The game really suffers when you're in a tunnel and can't see anything, especially with low hope. Gets to the point where, really, combined with the lack of map, I just go in the same circle again and again.
Now, on the other hand, I think if these things were addressed, this game could be a serious A+ game.

i can work everything out except finding my way back places.
also because i saw that someone didn't know what prayer did if you collect the sayings that come up when you pray then you will be able to see again and gain hope. also that brings me to another point some times (about 75%) the prayers would be in walls were you cant get them kinda annoying especially in tight spaces.

This is how the game works.

You fall into water, or find corpses, you lose hope.

Finding items or praying gains hope.

WHEN YOU PRAY AND PHRASES COME UP, WALK INTO THEM TO GAIN HOPE. YOU DON'T GAIN HOPE BY JUST SITTING THERE, YOU HAVE TO CATCH THE PHRASES.

There are numerous endings, but as of right now I haven't gotten them all. The one ending with Chloe is bugged - you have to close the game completely or else pressing X at anytime makes you do the same ending again with her, regardless of where you are. Notice also the room Chloe is in, is in a heart shape.

When you lose enough hope and hear heartbeats, you begin seeing the ghosts of your comrades. This, I assume, is towards the goal of the ending where you see some alien doorway at the bottom of the caves (where Cosmo, Alex, and David are). I also think that you have to get their personal items and deliver them to their ghosts in order to progress?

Anyway, there's lots of information that this game doesn't divulge. Walking in pure darkness is retarded, and vague hints reminds me of King's Quest series where you have no freaking idea what to do or when to do it or you will never see a good ending.
