i like the idea but i couldn't get it to work with my webcam.
is that because i'm on a mac or would it be another problem?

I will have better instructions on my next version but if your webcam isn't working goto, "right click, settings, click on the camera, and select a camera input". If you try it you'll see what I mean.

This is truly deserving of praise. While it is only truly a tech demo, I thought that it was amazing, and shows GREAT potential for future use in other games and media online. At the risk of sounding overzealous, this could change online flash media as we know it.

My new version should be compatible with Away 3d and maybe Papervision 3d (flash 3d engines). Once I have that I could easily make 3d games like this.

I'm working in something simillar, I was thinking about maybe use a 2.5D, something like 4 diferent planes in the space, and create a hidden object / where is waldo thing....
Still need some polish in the motion detection (even if It just follow the movement, it just turn to be crappy when yo are TOO CLOSE to the camera or too many people are in sight.
