Controls are jacked...

I can't even enjoy the story because it gets stuck in following every single button click in sequence; so that if you have to change tactics and are rapid-clicking, you can't break out of an existing combat combo. Lame. Needs a revamp, everything looks good, but I can't tell you how the gameplay is beyond the first 45 seconds or so because even the jump mechanic can't end a sequence and save you from a stupid unnecessary death because you're too busy firing at nothing to move left or right.

overall the game is pretty bad. id rather play one of the tower defense game u speak of or anything really. was ok for first lvl or so but after that more flaws.

The game is awesome... But there are tooooooo much bugs to fix!! Some of them wont le me finish the sewer level. I'm sorry to give such a low rate, but this game is a bug nest

So many glitches...

A third of the time I'd get stuck in walls or floors, other times my guy would just start running one direction and not stop, or stop responding to my clicking for him to shoot... It's just too frustrating, especially with no checkpoints. I'd give you credit for everyone else but honestly it's just too much. Good effort, but this game is not worth playing.
