A worthy year, indeed.
I must congratulate you. I've been plagued by procrastination many times when wanting to begin a new Flash project and I end up leaving it to rot. You, on the other hand, managed to stick with it and brought up something worthy of being submitted.

Surprisingly good
The animation was pretty decent, and the story was decently told, but at the end I was surprised at how much I actually liked it. I might suggest adding a couple sound effects for splashes, and whatnot, but it was actually a good animation!
