LAY OFF THE BABY!
Nearly had 10/10 for great story, animation and pure great stuff, but NEVER EVER TRASH A BABY!
I knew it
I knew there would be at least one guy who had a great Madness flash to submit the day after the holiday. It was especially fun with how you really put an emotional side to this. I could not help but be reminded of the movie "Machete", although that did have a pretty cliched backstory to begin with. I was seriously not expecting that awesome twist. While it ended on a downer, that did seem to make it faithful to the Madness Combat style. The action was really good and so were the character designs, especially the main villian.
I LIKED It but now I really don't like auditor now
One of the deepest, if not, THE most influential Madness Combat animation on Newgrounds. I think this is what people are looking for when they say Madness Combat needs more uniqueness than just violence.
The main thing I absolutely loved here was the overall message you conveyed. It took me a few times and a week or so to finally get who the characters were and what's really going on, but I really enjoyed the fact that you focused on morality rather than just carnage.
Of course, the only thing I disliked was merely the quality of the animation. It would've been nice if you used that quality for during the flashbacks to show hazy memories, whereas in the present battle you could've pimped it up a bit. Nonetheless though, that only takes off .5 of a star.
I have to thank you for this masterpiece neeko. This was one of the main reasons I started writing Madness Combat fanfics; along with Pegosho's animation. I wanted to focus on what you were focusing here, where there's more behind the madness that meets the eye.
