I'd say use voice 2 for the majority of his lines. Place voice one in for when he says the line recorded here. Voice one could also be used for comedic effects threw out the series.
Main V1- Wow she looks cute
bob- ya she's hot
Main V2- she WILL be mine
bob- what was that?
Main v1- oh nothing bob
etc... Mix it up and throw in the deeper voice when it would be fun.
