Ok first off The Clone Wars began at the end of Episode 2. In Episode 3 it is obviously going to end and show the rise of the Empire and all that.
So first off ask yourself if the movie is going to be about Episode 3 or The Clone Wars which is between Episodes 2-3.
If your going to go with Episode 3 then I think you need to show the conflict with Anakin and show the ending of the Clone Wars. So in one episode introduce some of the characters and whats going on at the moment in the galaxy and show some episodes with events leading to one big last battle above Corsucant. Like have Count Dooku capture Palpatine in some big ship like maybe a Trade Federation core ship and have Obi-Wan and Anakin come to rescue Palpatine and have this huge lightsaber battle where Dooku is ultimately defeated and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent Systems) surrenders or retreats back into the Galaxy to gather their forces.
At this time Palpatine dispatches some of the remaining Jedi and clonetroopers to take of the remaining droid armies. Yoda is sent to Kashyyk, the Wookie homeworld, where a small army of droids are gathering. Yoda should meet up with Chewbacca for help.
Obi-Wan should be sent with his clonetroopers to hunt down a rumored Jedi Bounty Hunter that Darth Sidious has dispatched to eliminate the Jedi.
Ki-Adi Mundi and Plo Koon should be sent to some new planet to also deal with some battle droid camps.
And have Anakin stay on Coruscant as Palpatine's bodyguard.
I think you can work your way through it now.
As for voice actors, I can do voices, and I'd be happy to help, im just not good with all the technological recording and stuff you have to do.

ok first of all i would like to say. you have the ability to make a really good cartoon, the graphics were well done. the only letdown was that this had absoloutely nothing to do with the actuall star wars stroyline.

the clone outfits
thes were not clone outfits they were stormtrooper outfits
the original clone helmets are difrent
A few questions...
Why did Yoda arrive in a Star Trek ship? Why did Boba fett go from a little kid to fully grown, while Obi-Wan seemed to regress in age (he was back in his padawn gear and hairdo) and lastly, didn't Obiwan die in Ep 4, which would kind of make his death in ep 3 a bit... odd...
