Good Animation
I like this flash animation as a stand alone thing. I like it as a motiff (something as a part of the story). I like how you didn't drag out the combat to be something straight out of a 80's Chinese martial arts flick. (I call dibs on this as a parody movie!) The things that I would say to work on:
The animation needs to be a bit more fluid. This can be because it's a test animation, but I would suggest adding more "frames" to really give fluidity in the movement; especially if something is meant to be done fast (like the shank or the leap of faith to assassination).
I would suggest adding time to detail the surroundings. Add some texture to the buildings, like grab points. Add some shadows and contour the buildings to give the surrounding some depth.
I think that adding these details can give life to the animation. I like where you are going with this.

... the art was good but the framerate was kinda down for me but in other words great work just fix the frames and all will be good but for a first animation this was awsome
