the animation was pretty good for your third.. all i could see improving really is the speed when u jump and fall.. those are way to slow

Finally, thank you for doing something original. Assassin's Creed is a cool game series, and finally someone decided to dedicate a flash to the game. The only thing I would improve is the animation. It's a little jiggy if you know what I mean. Other than that, keep up the good work.
Not bad
It may need some work to smooth out a few areas of this piece, but overall, you've done a good job of staying faithful to the moves that are picked up within the game and even some of Ezio's mannerisms are clearly on show.
Perhaps consider the use of Eagle Vision as the next logical step in improving this piece, as that was the one major piece of the puzzle I felt was missing. The combat did seem a little jerky and lacked flow in areas where the real Ezio moves smoothly between killing one opponent and being ready to block the overhand slash coming in from behind him.
Still, for a third animation, you've done really well - next time, voices would be the best addition, to make it more of an impressive piece, so you can have vocal plot exposition, as well as through the animation itself. Speak to me if you want some voices done, I can help :)
