Um, this is not that good
The animation is fine and all, but it really doesn't make any sense. I'm not convinced you had any actual message you were trying to get across, but if you were, it needs to be wrapped in much better storytelling. There needs to be something you're trying to convey (or that viewers can think you are), and a more sculpted storyline to deliver it. Even the most bizarre, artsy, abstract indie movies that are successful still have fairly clear basic structure (e.g. Primer)
Also, nothing to do with the rating, but if you look backward through a scope at somebody's eye, it would be especially tiny, not especially large.
