Decent
There is definite need of a plot. you obviously know what you are foing with the animation, but that can ojnly get you so far. sit down and actually think about what you want to tell and show the viewers, rather than make a video based on something that just comes to mind. I think you have a lot of potential, but you need to draw the viewers in.

randomness and confusion does not substitute a story. art and animation was pretty good but seriously, its starting to become the norm on newgrounds to just confuse people as apposed to come up with an actual plot
