Just some pointers for you guys!:)
Wako
You have to wait until you see a yellow "draw" on the screen. It's the last word to come up. 1-2 seconds after the "RSE" letters appear. It uses the first 4 letters of the word "Drawer" to make the word "Draw", so keep your eye on this word until it changes its color.
Big Dan (boss)
You'll fight this enemy multiple times. The only one that is actually going to be challenging is this one. He shoots you when he comes from the right. So when you see him coming, press space, until you manage to kill him. You don't have much time to shoot him, so be quick.
Scorpio
You have to shoot him twice. Once after about 2 seconds after you pressed the click button. When you shoot at him, he dodges, and you have to shoot him again.
Hitler
Oh boy, this is going to be hard. He shoots at you after about 4 seconds, and it doesn't tell you when to draw. You just have to time it right, and try more than once.
Madness Guy
You just need good reflexes for this one. I killed him after 2 or 3 tries.
Zombie Jesus
This one is actually pretty simple.
Nail gun: You have to shoot him once the big "Draw" pops up. It appears once the whole screen is filled with draws. You might need to try this one more than once.
Shotgun: Actually, this is the easiest one ever. Just press "shotgun", and you're done.
