Nice, not as good as I had hoped...
... after having watching part 3 in the series. The voice acting is good, the recording equipment is terrible. It seems like you fixed the shoddy recording equipment in part 3 (or properly edited the sounds in a program).
It's funny, but not laugh out loud funny.
The animation is decent.
Overall, good job, I've seen you already improved a lot.

SOLUTION
I know of this stall problem all to well. Best solution is to handle the pee then flush. It may be gross but if things go south after the flush, you aren't stuck at the bowl with a half emptied blatter.
