More of a novelty than a game
I liked it for what it is, a novelty. There isn't any challenge aspect to it since it's all based on random chance with no way to implement strategy or skill. Any game that is left up to 100% luck is naturally going to get voted down. It also doesn't help if you lose to Pico, Darnell pulls the trigger twice, where he only pulls it once if you win.
This game may be improved if you find some way to implement something either strategy or skill based. I like the russian roulette part, so maybe change the game from rock, paper, scissors into something like black-jack, or a mini racing game. Something where players can influence the game to lower their reliance on luck.
(I did beat all three characters on my second run through so it's entirely possible.)

Decent programming, nice art, and awesome song pick. I had fun!
Good variety
This game was interesting to play because it had a lot going on and you did not know who was going to show up next. It was really cool with how there was a different player for everything. It seems like every icon would be an opponent, but you changed protagonists. I am pretty bad at this game and it can get frustrating for me. The worst part is how it takes forever just for the gun to get the ammo to fire! I guess it's random so it's just coincidence but it seems to take a long time to me.
The animation was pretty good. I think you could work a little on lines and maybe some more shading. It did remind me of the "Pico Roulette" game, a classic on this website and a very good game. While not as good as this, it was still enjoyable because there were many elements to it. Even the way the gun shot the guy in the level was changed.
