after seeing that bird in a suit, I was immediately reminded of today's cartoons. How they're just extremely weird and random, and i think this is a parody of both that, and pretty much every live action show on Disney channel. Disney channel show formula: get a well know person(Justin Beaver), get some random retarded other character (no face man) and watch as he goes through wacky adventures and disney makes millions off of it.
