After you click on the straps and click her bobbs, then click her face, then click her boobs again, (This al happens in the blue dress)
click on the cloths pins clip it on to her breat and pull the top back on and send her to the ball.
Not bad.

An easier way to see boobs.
While shes still in the blue dress, click the straps, then click her bobbs, shell slap you, then click her face to give her a few smacks, then click her boobs again and shell let the top of her dress fall.
