Unsure of survival through something like this.
I do not think I would survive a zombie apocalypse. Commiting suicide doesn't help anything or any one either so the only thing to do is to keep going as long as possible.
But if the zombies were not really "Undead" zombies, but instead infected by a virus that just turns them into enraged killing machines, they will run at you untill their legs will break, and then the possibilities of survival will be extremely low, and it even sounds more realistic as well. But if some one is immune or becomes a "Carrier", they will just die a horrible agonizing death.
Cold enviroments are one weakness to most viruses so a cold enviroment would be the best joice to stay if there is wildlife to hunt for food and enough supplies to treat injuries and diseases if you're careful enough
