Better near the end
Interesting story. The way that the EU soldiers look reminds me of the civil protection guys from Half Life. The first couple of backgrounds were kind of messy, and it was hard to tell what was happening. But near the end, the animation seemed cleaner, and more fluid. The visuals fit really well to the music. By the way, what song would that be?

The art is not Great, id wish it was a bit cleaner... Nevertheless the ideas you put together in this flash has room for debate.
Great concept, work deeper in it. Develop a longer story... for starters put the thing you explained on "authors comments" in to the flash itself otherwise its just a senseless shooting scene.

i actually have another flash with some of the background on it, and currently working on a flash that isn't just mindless shooting.

This is great, the story overall earns you the score. I don't mind the art, although I would give it a 20 if the art was better. The whole Europe, and Russia attacking the USA in the future. It really adds emotion. And it could be possible seeing the ways the USA is handling things, those two nations got enough.
