Feeling of childish nostalgia
I actually do something similar. When I am walking down the street and listening to the music, I synchronize my footsteps and the music playing. It is in fact a very relaxing thing to do, and can be very effective on your mood, depending on what kind of music you're listening to.
It was very nice to see something so personal I do becoming a game, and a very good game at that. Very nice idea. :)

this is a really great and inspirational game. plus i'm honestly surprised i scored first place for the daily score. probably doesn't matter and probably won't last long, but still. i might be playing this frequently now.
