Pretty good!
One of the better new games I've played. I thought the game was severely flawed at first, but then I realized it's an auto-shoot type of shooter. (Single click shooting makes it look like it's choppy)
Very nice graphics, music is alright, characters and different enemies are cool. Bosses are a bit easy and the levels get a bit repetitive. Other than that, solid game!
Hopefully this game will expand, maybe more enemies/bosses, more weapons and perhaps make it a full scrolling game instead of left and right only. Give your tanks a bit of a StarFox Landmaster hovering ability, maybe? lol Just throwing ideas.

Short...
And quite of easy, until last fights, so, it's also quite boring, but the rest is okay. You could just make it more complicated , add more stuff.
And post scriptum: tanks fighting aircraft trololol xd
Lack of movement
I agree with Ryan. It occasionally will prevent the character from moving. Also your cannon shots don't reload fast enough.
