don't know that waterman deserves a movie.

I am really split in how i want this project to go, because waterman used to be a great NG animated series that i truly enjoyed. However, the people who enjoyed that series are starting to grow up, and that kind of comedy just isn't good enough anymore.

The Positive
- The animation itself was amazing, and is in fact feature length theater quality.
- You got a famous person to do voice work, awesome. (well...sort of)

The Negative
- You got one of the worst voices you could find to play a role in your film. Sure, he is famous and is pretty funny when he tries, but his voice work in this is less than flattering.
- Waterman fans have moved on, we don't really feel nostalgia for it, either.

overall you should just consider doing something new.

Dont think i've ever seen a submission divide people quite like this. I wish you luck personally, i always liked the waterman series back in the day and your art style has clearly improved. Fuck those hate mongers who just want to criticize. If people didnt have ambition like yours then Newgrounds wouldn't even exist

This didn't disappoint.

I've been waiting for years for any signs that this movie made progress and it has! Very little, but it's made some progress. The opening dialogue was ingenious and hysterical. And hearing Leslie Nielsen doing a seemingly pointless Waterman rant was gold. You've lifted my faith in this project and I hope you reach your goal.
