meh.
The character design takes away from the story almost completely, the contrast between the realistic and detailed backgrounds and sound effects make it seem fake. Try making more detailed characters and less anime-looking characters. Other than that, the backgrounds, sound effects and plot were all done really well.

This series is scary, you got the buildings which look really good along with the backgrounds and the monsters and the scary atmosphere

Just...the humans. Oh my god. The humans....their anatomy flaws, and the way they look just...takes away from all the fear and horror of the film.
Try practicing on drawing humans and mastering them a bit more before doing the next film. The style of the eyes the size of half the person face just...takes away from the horror. Also is everyone's eyes supposed to be atomic green? I am sure you will improve over time! You can do it I believe in you!
