I watched with mixed feelings, in the best way
As I watched it was really clear that you are a talented animator and artist. It was a perfect example of an excellent submission. That said, I almost didnt want to keep watching once the candy store opened, in a good way. The story line was incredibly eerie, and combined with the animation style created a really creepy feel to the whole thing. The scene where he started to eat the chocolate rabbit was enough to send shivers down most anyones spine. Kudos to you sir for creating a fine flash that serves as an excellent opening into the newgrounds site, which is odd for me to say as I dont have anything to submit but the irony isnt lost hehe. I hope you can springboard off of this submission to becoming one of the titans of NG.
