Looks beautiful, if nothing else
The only thing keeping the score up is the graphics, and the only thing keeping it down is the lack of everything else. It is truly a masterpiece of visual style and presentation, but there was nothing beyond that.
Sure, there was the exposition at the beginning, but it didn't really evolve beyond being a setting, a reason for the events to even occur.
Hence, I'm giving it as high a score as I feel comfortable with based purely on graphics. Excellent job.

Its true and me everybody else that watches this and you know it should go under that genre, and this is going under my favorites! :D
