Reviews for "WGJ4K: Tough Guy FronT"

people dont understand the intention of the show

this series isn't only just a comedy, but its more the development of the charactors in the show. From the beginning of the show eric is weak and wont stand up for himself, but in this episode we see eric finally standing up to micky because hes grown stronger throughout the show. Another example is Mickey who finally realizes his act of being a dick is wearing off and people are catching on to his intentions. Its sad to see people will disregard this and just say "GeY THAT WASNY FUNNY" because its not just another video game parody.

well

you really couldve done better

Well...

Animation, I have always enjoyed your stuff, its nice its fluent and just enjoyable to watch. What you show us can be enjoyable as well, but its just so dull now. What to expect in this episode? To hear them cuss a whole hell of a lot. Not in any sensible manner either, just to simply to show off that someone can cuss and run their mouth and be "Cool" Some hateful words about video games, going to hear the word "Fuck, dick and Gay" at least twice in this flash. Really just doesn't need to be made. 4 out of 10 2/5

cliff hanger

it didnt really give off any "HAHA" moments... but its still enjoyable.

June seems surprisingly adept at writing episodes

At least as far as her airhead personality would imply. Another great episode to a great series (my favorite so far being Mario vs Sonic). The real strength of this series is the down to Earth, subtle humor about the egomaniacal dickishness of Mickey contrasted with oblivious but generally happier video game enthusiasts. It's really a character driven, sitcomesque story, not the arm flailing, loud, "THAT'S NOT HOW THEY DID IT IN THE GAME, SOO FUNNY!" humor. Don't get me wrong, I love Egoraptor as much as the next guy. I just appreciate how this show doesn't just deconstruct games, but gaming culture itself, and the mindless love we tend to throw out to the industry.

In short, I appreciate the original work of this series that's not found much elsewhere, especially in video game parodies. Bravo.

P.S. I'm sorry, good sir, but is in fact YOU who likes Panic at the Disco.
