but..if FL's in his mid 40's how come he's still good at hand-to-hand combat?

Over the course of these battles. I have noticed some thing about FL, He really doesn't play very fair. There has been many points in which he should have died, but some reason uses some kind of stored super power, or just makes use of his Jet Powered Sword and tosses it at an enemy or uses it to escape a fall such as the one in this battle. Now the archer D could have done a save such as have a harpoon shot to catch himself from the fall, and reel back on top of a roof. I just believe some one should dupe FL and become the underdog. Having the same Protagonist/Antagonist kill off all the opponents with out flaw is kinda old, and slightly upsetting when you think hes about to die but surprisingly doesn't.
