i like the story (thats why u got stars) its just that your sound is terrible. please if u remake it wait till ur voice matured or u get a voice amplifire

i guess it was ok for the amount of content you had. seeing as this is your first time lip syncing here was some tips as the lip syncing wasnt really that great.
use a higher framerate. the lower the framerate, the harder it is to lip sync. in my opinion anyway. i recommend using 25 fps. and the art wasnt that great. but pretty good for a beginner.

It's a pretty good little animation for a beginner (on that assumption). The voice overs could use a bit of work though. Syncing was pretty good, but the echo effects generally piss me off. Try to do a voice over with a different mic or in a different room? I'm not sure why that echo effect is procured, but it is most undesirable. The graphics are pretty good for a beginner, but could use a bit of work for character outlines and such Presentation is good, you have a loading bar, a scene select (even thoguh its pretty short, still a nice bonus), and an ending screen. For some reason, most people dont even bother with those. I'm glad you did!! The video, all in all, was okay for you. I giggled seeing the carrot explode and all that. Getting a laugh out of a funny flash is what we're in for and is all that really maters, right?

Good for first time.
If this is your first time lip syncing, I must say you have done it pretty well. The things I would improve are: make the graphics better (by using a thinner brush, tracing a rougher outline first, and correct proportions. Even cartoons have correct proportions in them), more animation (Use a smother FBF, and don't be afraid to use tweens!), and a better use of backgrounds (for the first part, I couldn't tell where they were).
Anyways out of all this is the best of the bad so I'll give it: 5/10 2/5
