This was well animated, save for a few minor problems, mostly to do with lag. I can see where you drew some inspiration from various fighting-oriented flash. (I recognize a couple of bits that remind me of Super Mario Bros. Z in particular).
I'll stick with 10, because it's obvious what kind of effort you put into this.

The animation was smooth fluid and fast paced, definitely the work of a total pro.
One thing I noticed was that the art style could use a little polish, some of the frames look a little crunched, but because of how well animated it was it deserves a 10/10.
