Decent
As far as an average plot goes, it's decent and fitting for a short vid. The graphics and animation are pretty good.
One thing I didn't like is the title. You should've put something that's related to the plot. Listing the roles would usually mean that there's some sort of individual distinction that you could not use any other characters. Like the hare and turtle or something.

I have no idea why, but this flash, despite it's great art and animation quality, (and Lord of the Rings music- see, I caught that) this didn't really blow me away as it did others. Still, I feel like sort of a dick saying that. Ah, well.

I like what you did with the animation and the voices. It was a little too short for my liking but still good.

Great Animation but way too short
I love your art direction, the camera work was decent for the length so i won't blam you on those aspects. But how long was this video? like 15 secs or so? If this same video had been 30 secs longer i would have given it a higher score. Plus this video didn't really give me anything, no laughs, no deep thoughts, nothing. For the most part, its just like this video just exists
