The ethanol can be used to break up ice. The screwdriver could have been used as a pick as well. There could have been some other items used in its places and I give the difficulty an average. Its a cute little escape.

I'm sorry but this was just terrible, not everyone in the world knows how to convert to fahrenheit, the majority of people don't, so don't just assume your player know how to do that.
