controls were pretty bad
it was fun, but the controls were awful. it was impossible to colect all the fish while moving super-fast unless you already knew where they were, and the pufferfish where impossible to dodge whilst trying to catch fish and dodge other pufferfish as well as angle yourself into the boost-rings.

When making a game like this you cannot use block-to-block movement, plus making someone move to the center of the screen is just annoying, it made me lose out 30 points.

nice job with animations, like how you felt the wind on you and stuff. i believe its a pretty easy game tho. and also boring. but still playable.

The animations on the penguin were pretty nice, the game was a little too simple for its own good and the controls could be a little more responsive, but overall a nice little experience.
Here's what I think could have been improved:
This game was excellently laid out, and the animation was very good, especially on the penguin. That being said, both the speed of the sidescrolling and the penguin's movement speed could have been faster. First, this would cause the player to play the game more times before mastering it. Second, this would be very conducive to adding flashier artwork to the levels for the sake of spectacle, which, while a hinderance in some games, is a necessary distraction in a sidescrolling collection game.
