Amazing game, but...
You honestly did worse on this than the original. I suggest in the future not releasing a "revamped version" when you know that it is not really that great in comparison to the original.

Also lol at the burning flesh that is strong enough to burn through a steel lock, but is only able to be picked up with cloth.

I like these types of games and some of the puzzles were well thought out. However, I was critical of two little things. One, why did you have to use the toilet to wash off the guard's hand, especially when there was a water bottle and sink available??? And two, the new animation still didn't fix that the characters look like they are rubbing their private parts with their hand. Anyone else notice that?
remake?
i played the first one and enjoyed the concept. this game really was nothing different. even though the graphics were a little more updated, there were still flaws, the one that ticked me was you couldnt even get the scar on his face to stay on the same eye.
if you make a remake i thing it should have new content and much better art, not just some new skins and text.
