Some things need improvement.
The whole animation aspect of this is great, yet some thing need improvement.
The backgrounds are sometimes plain and unappealing, the voices need allot of work such as making them much more clearer and audible.
One thing that did annoy me was that the tattoo on the big guys face changed sides a few times.
If you improve this then I will happily be able to give you a 10/10 rating but for now only an 8/10 is what I think you should deserve.
Its good as far as the animation goes...
The only thing that bothers me is the dialogue. They talk so slow. And theres so many long pauses. Kinda reminds me of Naruto, with all he long pauses.
But overall, it looks great. The quality and and animation is well drawn. And your finally getting to close to the rising point of the story arc. That's good. Hope you can get the next one ready as soon as you can.

Sound effects damn you! Great at everything but the scripting which was a bit monotone and sound.
Try to put some sound in there and read the scripts a bit better and you should be on a good track to a good series.
