It's ok... but
There seems to be a lack of sound effects. In case point when a character is running or jumping or moving at lightning speed, they 'should' give off a unique effect. It wouldn't hurt to explore some eccentric audio, some parts of the flash it felt like I was starring at an old moving picture movie (Just animation and Music.)
Timing
I saw an issue with timing like someone else I saw in the comments. I think though it might have to do with the placement of music clips and when they end. Sometimes the music seemed to end before it should or even be a tad too fast for the situation.
One specific scene was right at the very start I think, when it switched from inside the house to the bushes outside that big guys house.
Otherwise great cartoon overall!
Ok.
The animation is really smooth, the sounds are great, even tough it could be a little better mixed, but the pace is quite bad. You need to acquire better timing in executing scenes. Anyway, thats my opinion, but yeah its really good even with that little flaw. :)
